Pricing is based on square footage of the property. I do my best to shoot at least 32 photos, however smaller properties some times yield about 20-25.

0-1100 sqft House  -  $150

1101-1500 sqft House- $180

1501-2100 sqft House - $200

2101-3000 sqft House - $250

3001-4000 sqft House - $300

4100-5000+ sqft House - Lets Talk!

Drone Photos  $150 (Save $50 when added to a regular photo or video session)

Video Services:

Video pricing starts at $350 for a 1.5-2 minute feature that is unbranded, HD, and professionally edited with address splash. Many variables affect the cost to create them, and are quoted on an individual basis. Typically a video with exterior drone footage +interior costs about $400.

Miscellaneous

Floor Plans- Starting at $50. 24hr turnaround. Large or complex scans can cost up to $100

Return Trips- $30/ea

Sky Replacement- $8/Photo. 48hr turnaround time.

Trips outside of the Eugene/Springfield area may be subject to a minimum of $30 travel charge.
